The Marsh Disability Plan provides financial assistance to employees who are unable to work as a result of extended ill health or injury. The Disability Plan includes a Salary Continuance Policy and paid extended sick leave.

This benefit allows eligible employees to purchase up to $1,000 per annum worth of insurance from your pre-tax income via Marsh’s Private Client Service Centre.
