• Responsible for designing and implementing tailored programs and communications to maximise your organisation’s value from the program. These plans will be developed with an understanding of your human resource and organisational objectives.

Customised program

• Your Account Manager, in consultation with your company’s key stakeholders, i.e. human resources, will devise a customised program to meet the requirements of both your company and your employees

Regular usage reporting

• Your Account Manager will monitor your program usage and provide you with regular detailed reporting on the usage of selected products and services nationally

Customer service team

• Employees can access their extensive range of benefits through their branded website.
  Alternatively our customer service consultants can assist your employees with any of their enquiries. With offices in every state, we can service your employees, your most valuable asset, wherever they are.

On site servicing
